The name

“Eighth House”

In astrology, there are twelve houses and each star sign resides in it’s own house. Scorpio, which is mother’s star sign, resides in the Eighth House.

  • The business name ‘Eighth House Advisory’ is a direct tribute to my mum, who played a pivotal role in helping me become an investor, which led me to building a career in property, to now creating a business in this space. Naming the company this way is my way of recognising and acknowledging her influence and publicly thanking her for that guidance and support.

  • Furthermore, the Eighth House governs transformation, legacy, and wealth which is a powerful coincidence that aligns perfectly with what this business stands for.

Purpose Over Profit.

More than property. This is personal.

Shane has committed to donating $50,000 to mental health organisations through a personal challenge called 50 by 50 — a mission to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and give back through business.
